The Leadership Training Governance Guide is a comprehensive system developed by Sabr to evaluate and accredit centers and programs working in leadership training, enhancing their institutional and training practices to ensure maximum impact.
The guide includes three main areas: administrative standards, training standards, and quality excellence standards, in addition to standards specific to the leadership team, covering twelve core elements encompassing all aspects of leadership centers and programs.
The guide adopts a practical applied methodology, providing self-assessment and external evaluation tools, along with models and guidance manuals to help institutions apply standards and continuously improve performance, while offering a robust intellectual framework based on a deep understanding of leadership work and its success requirements.
