Project Overview
The "Female Workers with Girls Capacity Building Program" is an integrated learning experience that aims to empower female workers with girls to build professional competencies that enhance their educational and social roles, through qualitative training that responds to the nature of the target group and its diverse work contexts.
The program includes five main competencies: designing a value system, personal effectiveness, communicative effectiveness, community effectiveness, and designing learning spaces, supported by practical tools ready for direct application.
The program is distinguished by its methodology that combines cognitive depth and practical application, having been designed according to the latest educational methodologies that consider diverse learning styles and enhance active participation and practical implementation.
